Get to Know Us

"My story began with a passion for fitness and the gym at the age of 15. I quickly realized that fitness wasn't just about physical strength, but more about building confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset. At 17,  driven by a desire to help others experience their own transformations, I pursued certifications in Personal Training and Group Fitness Coaching (Certificates III & IV).  I was determined to turn my passion into a profession. By the time I was 18, I opened IC Fitness with a vision to create a fun, inclusive, and supportive space for everyone to achieve their own fitness goals while feeling empowered along the way. Today, that passion continues to fuel my work."
